7-Eleven and Crocs Team Up to Launch Exclusive Footwear Collection in Hong Kong

7-Eleven and American shoe brand Crocodile have teamed up to bring their exclusive footwear collection to Hong Kong.

Officially available in Hong Kong in November, the the new collaborative collection includes two exclusive styles – the classic 7-Eleven x Crocs clog and the classic 7-Eleven x Crocs sandal – in colorways reflecting 7-Eleven’s iconic red, green and orange branding and featuring unique 7-Eleven themed Jibbitz charms, including performances of 7CAFÉ drinks, Slurpees and hot dogs.

As 7-Eleven knows their customers are always looking for something fun, exciting and on-trend, the brand decided to enter the world of fashion and team up with Crocs to launch the exclusive shoe collaboration 7-Eleven x Crocs limited edition in November. Comprised of two global brands, the partnership aims to present a fun yet effective way to engage with its wider group of consumers.

Crocs has repositioned itself in recent years to become one of the hottest shoes. Partnering with a roster of fashion brands and celebrities, Crocs is now a fashion staple with limited-edition collaborations that regularly sell out quickly, according to the release.

The theme collection was launched for the first time in Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines.This isn’t the first time Crocs has sought to create unique partnerships. In 2020, the brand teamed up with KFC to unveil a new limited-edition clog covered in a fried chicken print with a striped base. Each pair of co-branded shoes comes with two charms/accessories at the top, designed to look and “smell” like fried chicken, the duo said on the Crocs website.

7-Eleven is not the first to collaborate with a shoe brand to launch unique collections. Back in August Heineken has launched a new shoe that allows you to walk on beer. The collaboration follows the launch of Heineken Silver and aims to celebrate the innovation behind the new brewed beer.

The brand worked with sneaker virtuoso Dominic Ciambrone, also known as “The Shoe Surgeon”, to create the shoe called “Heinekicks”. Ciambrone has created custom sneakers for the likes of LeBron James, DJ Khaled and Drake. While there are 32 of these shoes created, seven of them will be available in Singapore during the fourth quarter of the year.
