Dua Lipa Parties in a bold Peek-a-Boo fishnet jumpsuit and glitter heels – Footwear News
Dua Lipa’s party style is back and better than ever.
Over the weekend, the “New Rules” musician attended the Evita Pride Month party in Los Angeles. Bringing her personal touch, Dua Lipa went bold for the occasion in a daring peek-a-boo combination of Girl poster; the see-through red number featured bold cutouts to the bodice with fishnet-inspired fabric and a lettuce hem, all for $ 214.
To make the outfit even more daring, the British singer then donned a chic blazer, coordinating feathered gloves and a blue clutch.
As if her outfit wasn’t daring enough already, the “Levitating” singer then took it up a notch with her choice of shoes. The sparkly pointy heels seemed to type Mach & Mach with the brand’s signature Double Bow pumps. Set on a coated 4-inch heel, the shoes also showcase a wrap-around ankle strap and must-have glitter coated uppers. Luisaviaroma lists pumps for $ 1,304 online.
Last week, Dua Lipa gave 90s trends a chance by partying with friends at Nice Guy Restaurant in Los Angeles.
Also joined by her beau Anwar Hadid, the “Don’t Start Now” musician was seen leaving the event in the early hours of the morning. Her evening outfit is inspired by retro-chic trends with a corseted, lace-up tank top and the looser, low-rise jeans. To continue the vintage appeal, the Dua Lipa set also included a mini Burberry crossbody bag and pearl choker necklace.
As if the outfit didn’t contain enough styles from the 1990s, the “Levitating” musician added one latest shoe trend. Her chunky “daddy’s shoes” featured pops of candy pink and patent black on a white mesh upper and a unique heel.
Beyond an award-winning musical career, Dua Lipa quite often plunges her toes into the world of fashion. From sitting in the rows of the big catwalks during Fashion Month to selecting daring duds for red carpet appearances, she keeps things regularly exciting. The “Don’t Start Now” singer has previously appeared in campaigns for YSL Beauty and Fragrance, Adidas and Pepe Jeans, among others.
Its sets and style are attributed to the famous stylist Lorenzo Posocco; Dua Lipa is Posocco’s main clientele, but he has also worked with Troye Sivan and Alex Demie in the past.
Most recently, Dua Lipa signed as a Puma Ambassador with a multi-year contract, as she is the face of his female company.
