How much will a 2023 Audi A4 cost?

The German automaker has yet to release pricing figures for the 2023 A4. As Audi’s entry-level S4 business sedan has always been a low-key figure in Audi’s lineup, even with rumored updates, it will likely remain price competitive in the segment.

According to KBB, buyers should expect the 2023 Audi A4 to start at around $40,000. With Audi’s typically addictive list of options, top-end models could set you back upwards of $60,000.

2023 Audi A4 Specs, Changes, and Updates

Audi A4 | Audi

Audi’s A4 got an exterior refresh three years ago. Therefore, potential buyers might be won over by a possible redesign of the sleek four-door inside and out as the company rolls out the B10 generation part. Audi’s alleged upgrades include:

  • Audi Sport Interior Package available on base S4
  • LED headlights with DRL signature
  • Re-engineered user interface and infotainment layout
  • Adaptive cruise control added to the entire A4 range
  • Redesigned grille
  • Color replacements, including adding “District green” and removing “Terra gray” and “Turbo blue”
  • Updated rear lights
  • New exterior appearance pack for A4 45, Allroad and Premium Plus versions

The world-class cabin design will feature a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Apple Carplay and Android Auto, three-zone automatic climate control and a myriad of standard active safety systems.

Driver enjoyment continues with nimble on-road handling courtesy of a responsive and refined suspension, bolstered by the rally-derived all-wheel drive that’s fitted to every A4 sedan, regardless of trim level. Due to its technology, safety, and driving experiences, the 2023 Audi A4 easily takes on the likes of the Genesis G70, Acura TLX, and Lexus IS.

The compact sedan also comes with a range of dynamic engine configurations. Entry-level A4 sedans will come with a 201-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged I-4, which gets 26 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.

$4000 more will get you less miles per gallon, but more cranking with the beefier 2.0-liter four-cylinder producing 261 horsepower, which is a great stopping point because the supercharged 3.0-liter V6 of 349 hp will put the A4’s price at $52,000; and this is just the engine option. Further package upgrades will easily send this elegant executive vehicle over $60,000.

Should you wait for the 2023 Audi A4 or order a 2022 model now?

Many believe that the 2022 Audi A4 sedan is the latest iteration of the B9 generation. Yes, the compact sedan could use a little more trunk space, but at 12 cubic feet that’s common for the segment, and plenty for a week’s worth of shopping, tennis shoes and a bag of golf clubs. . After all, if you want more space, opt for the Allroad wagon instead.

Those hoping for a fully electric A4 sedan will also have to wait as it will be at least the 2024 model year before Audi launches an A4 e-tron. Without groundbreaking updates to Audi’s compact sedan, the 2022 A4 is a great choice over others on the market.
