Taka Hayashi x Vans AMZN TRL LX Sneakers Released

Vans and Taka Hayashi are releasing a new pack of AMZN TRL LX sneakers in mixed earthy colorways. The Japanese artist and in-house designer for the California skate brand has released countless designs with plays on the iconic silhouettes for about a decade. Previous versions include a racing-inspired capsule and a military-inspired “DIY” pack. The duo hit the trails recently with the AMZN TRL V3 LX in “Marzipan/Pebble” and “Deep Teal/Chalk Violet” in a nod to the Amazon rainforest.

Continuing the hiking theme, the AMZN TRL LX, a low-top version of the former, comes equipped with two color combinations, the former taking a mix of mesh and leather uppers in Pecan Brown and suede overlays in Dusty Coral. A pale pink hue covers the lace backing on the tongue and heel tab with a khaki hue detailing the laces, upper eyelets, branded tabs and midsole heel. The rest of the midsole is done in dove gray and sits on top of a brown rubber outsole.

The second pair follows the same construction but goes for stealth with berry hues as its base and a fig-colored overlay. Black embellishments run throughout the shoe, including the midsole and outsole.

See you at Slam Jam’s website to copy the Taka Hayashi x Vans AMZN TRL LX in both colorways for $157 USD a pair.
